The Cascades Golf Course lies between the Savannah Oaks and the Piney Woods of North America providing a majestic setting like none other. The golf course originally constructed in the 1950's has preserved the wonders of nature this area uniquely offers and people from all over the world visit to view the natural vegetation such as Azaleas, Dogwoods and the Tyler's world famous roses.

In 2002 PGA tour star Mark Hayes was commissioned to recommend changes to the golf course for the new millennium and bring the golf course up to standards that would accommodate today's new golf equipment. Mark's work was extremely successful by adding a few new tees, new irrigation, clearing and grooming some new areas around the course and taking advantage of the historic Lake Bellwood that has become the center piece of Cascades.
