I want to recognize your maintenance personnel Joe Perez and Roy Salazar. Anytime a request for service is submitted, it is quickly taken care of and they are the type of person that you don't mind them coming in when you are not home, they connect with the residents.

I signed a lease agreement at the Towers today. I spent quite a bit of time researching different properties. After narrowing down the choices I visited many of them. The choice to move to the towers came down to the small complex, the magnificent views and your assistant director Tyler. There was one complex I immediately dismissed because of the person who waited on me. Although I was wowed by many of the amenities in other complexes, I ultimately decided on the Towers. Tyler's professionalism and personality won me over. I hope you realize what an asset you have in her.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank you and your entire staff for being so wonderful to work with! This is obviously a delicate dance between locators and properties, and I can only imagine the pestering calls that your office gets inundated with on a daily basis. I certainly see the after-effects from places that are just fed-up with the relationship. Estates at TPC has NEVER been less than a pleasure to work with. The calls, the showings, and the fantastic dissemination of specials and availability are all so professional and helpful. I get really excited when clients visit the property and make the same observations regarding the staff. It's just that obvious

I want to Thank You and all the staff for a spectacular Tennant appreciation week. I was able to attend Sunday's BBQ and Wednesdays pizza night. I'm so impressed with all the hard work and effort that each of the staff had given. Never had this kind of nice treatment at any apartment. It was really nice! Thanks for everything!

Let me know when we can work on getting some shrubbery by my windows and get some sound proof windows. (LOL!!)

First of all, I wanted to say thank you for the appreciation events this week. It's nice to feel welcomed and appreciated. Secondly, I wanted to share my appreciation for Stacy. When I got my pizza last night she was out there in the cold approaching cars and handing out the pizzas with a thanks and a smile. Stacy has always provided me with great customer service. As a two-year resident now, I have spoken with all of the office staff and although they have all been courteous, Stacy has blown me away every time. She always takes care of my concerns right away and is quick to follow up when needed. Stacy is a gem and I hope she is a part of the Estates team for years to come.

My Phase II team is amazing!!! Brittany is always so cheerful and full of laughter!! If I'm ever having a bad day I go pay her a visit!! Pam is very resident friendly and always there to help!! Ronnie is whom I leased my apartment through and I don't plan to live anywhere else for a long time!!

Even though there is not a studio model, he scaled a one bedroom show room to size so I could get the feel for what I was about to lease!! He was very professional and pleasent to work with on leasing my apartment.

Everyone on the Mansions staff does an amazing job!! The Mansions at the Cascades employees are a true testement of what customer service means!

:I am an older woman and moved into my apt. several months ago and all i can say, I am very happy with the crew and how quick they are on the job when something is needed. Office has always been good about answering any quistions i might have. Very proud they we have allowed us to have our pets with us and " Thank our apt. company" with suppling our needs for doggie time. I have told several friends that might be moving soon, about how "Happy" I am. Thank you and Your Crew.

I wanted to personally thank you for your assistance in our move back to the Estates of Mckinney. I deal with many people day in and day out in my profession and I have to say you two are the most genuine people I've met. I don't know all your staff but I do have history with Stacey (which our family absolutely loves) and Jonathan and of course Binh and they too are always willing to go the extra step for us. As you know my daughter and husband are residents and they feel the same way.

We really appreciate everyone making us feel at home. All of you are top notch!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your professional kindness while speaking with us, when making the transition from Canyon Springs to our future home at the TPC location.

Everyone has been really nice and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff.

Since you came to The Mansions at Canyon Springs, you have brought your smiling face and such a positive attitude that reflects your professionalism and your warmth when dealing with the residents. Your kindness and respect for each individual is displayed over the phone and it is a pleasure to have someone to speak to you in a caring manner. Your phone etiquette is superb.

I have to say that I commend you for always being gracious and on top of things, and I truly believe that your presence has made a big difference.

I wish you much happiness and success here at Canyon Springs, for you are truly an asset in this organization.

Please forward this letter to the corporate office, for I feel that if they do not already know, you are a person who can make the difference in leading this community with a positive attitude and in always showing kindness and respect to whoever comes to Canyon Springs.

In closing, we also want to acknowledge Domenix, for she is such a lovely person and really knows her job. She is another individual who is also very proficient and kind and feel that she will climb that ladder of success.

We would like to offer a compliment regarding the Groundskeeper at The Mansions at TPC. Thomas has done an exceptional job of keeping the grounds neat and clean. He arrives at 6:30 a.m. and is constantly on the go throughout the day. With his pleasant manner, professionalism and great smile he is definitely a great representative of The Western Rim and the Mansions at TPC. Please share this compliment with our Community Director, Taylor Liles and Thomas.

Juan and Ramon have far exceeded expectations in regard to work orders. While you were away we had an issue with all of the smoke alarms going off at 4 a.m. (non-emergency) and Ramon was very responsive to our call for help. In addition, Lisa does an outstanding job as Lead Housekeeper. Not sure where she gets her energy however we all thank her for keeping the clubhouse and surrounding area sparkling!!!

I see everyone works very hard here - everything from leasing to maintenance - you all are very thorough - even the trash people (M - W - F). My wife and I visited your property Sunday, Feb 13th. The property is awesome and we look forward to our move there. It wont be until June, but we are looking forward to hopefully reserving an apartment in April, the right floor plan and with those great views to the north. But this email is more to comment on Matt - Great guy , awesome customer service. My wife and I were very pleased with his service. Its very easy to see that he loves his work and the property he is representing. We are the type of people who like good customer service with common sense, you find very little of that these days. We definately got that with Matt, good service, common sense and no pressure. Thanks for having the good sense to hire the right people for the right job.

First of all i just want to say thank you for the warm hospitality that your office has shown our family - It is remarkable to see how far above the call of duty you will go to please the tenant. Thank YOU!

Secondly, the gentleman who is responsible for repairing the townhouse during the move-in has been great to work with - He is professional, knows how to repair the problems and willing to help when needed - This again makes our family feel that we made the right decision to lease here at Estates of McKinney. We are writing to commend Tiffany Davidson for the professionalism and help she provided to us while helping us resolve our ventilation problems in our penthouse apartment home. Tiffany was empathetic to our situation and advocated for your company to make the necessary repairs to address the situation.

During this time, she was professional, courteous, and kept the process moving forward in a timely manner. As a result, Victor and Jerry, in maintenance, surveyed our apartment, and quickly performed the work needed to rectify the situation.

As a consequence, my wife and I are now very comfortable in the apartment home and plan to renew our lease for another term. This is due to Tiffany's efforts. We cannot thank her enough and we think you should be proud to have such a proactive, professional property manager on your staff. When we rented at the Mansions at Canyon Springs, we expected a high quality living environment - and you have delivered.

Hello, I am a new resident at the Mansions. I moved here in March. I just wanted to email you guys and tell you what a wonderful staff you have. I have been very pleased since I moved here. It started with the first contact I made with Melanie on the phone. I actually leased the apartment over the phone. Everything is exactly the way she described it over the phone. Everyone is so professional. I was an apartment manager for several years so naturally I am critic. I use the gym daily and it is always super clean. The grounds guy does a great job of picking up. I have had one work order so far since.

I would like to comment on the excellent customer service that I received from one of your employees. Her name is Tiffany Davidson, in charge of the Mansions Apartments at Canyon Springs in San Antonio, Texas.

In this day and age, excellent customer service is vital to any business. Tiffany Davidson went above and beyond to help my daughter with her apartment choice and move.

I was looking for an apartment on Rent.com and came across the Mansions property. I called the 800 number and was lucky to have Tiffany answer the phone. She explained the property to me, answered all of my questions, and invited me for a personal tour. I thanked her and let her know that I was looking around at other property but would get back to her.

She followed up with an email, including the different apartment floor plans and information, and also a friendly personal call to my home.

On April 16th, we left Corpus Christi to find an apartment in San Antonio. Our first stop was the Mansions. Tiffany Davidson greeted us as we entered the property. She welcomed us with a refreshing bottle of cold water before she began our tour and information about the property. My daughter filled out the application. Tiffany said that she would let my daughter know when the application was approved. We left there and went to the other three properties that I had researched on Rent.com.

Within one hour, Tiffany called and left a message that my daughter was approved. We were viewing the second property on our list. My daughter called her back as we were driving to the third property.

Tiffany welcomed her to the Mansions and my daughter accepted. I am telling you it was her presentation, manners and demeanor that sold us. The apartment is fabulous with all of the safety features and amenities but Tiffany was the deciding factor.

Again, I would like to say how lucky and blessed that you are to have Tiffany Davidson at the Mansions Apartments. With her enthusiasm, efficiency, hard work and excellent customer service, I know she has measured up to your expectations.
